I have been an eCoach for over three years. Before that I was a primary school teacher for twenty years, the last four of those in senior management positions in large schools.
I first started using eTAP at my school in 2003. I previously had very little computer knowledge but, with my team, was easily able to create and edit curriculum plans automatically producing a markbook.
I am really enjoying coaching adults to use eTAP in a variety of ways, ensuring schools individual needs are met.

How I became an eTAP coach ….
While I was completing a Diploma in Computer Education I realized that computers could play a huge part in improving the way in which data entry was stored, retrieved and presented. I also realized that the quality of the software and the training provided were crucial for success. After extensive MoE funded research I signed my school up to eTAP.
I am a primary school teacher. I taught for 25 years. I was a principal for the last 15 years.
